Meet the people behind EMCOM
Our multidisciplinary team brings together medical, operational, and communication expertise. Combining real-world emergency experience with academic precision, we create training that is both practical and evidence-based. Together, we share one goal: to strengthen competence, confidence, and communication in every critical situation.
Beyond our dedicated team of instructors, three key people represent the heart of EMCOM: Frederic Gerhardt, our Academy Director and lead paramedic; Gabriel Missall, our Head of Training and communication specialist from Hamburg’s Einsatz+ UG; and Celina Rohleder, the soul of the Academy, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
Frederic Gerhardt
Academy Director
As a Critical Care Paramedic and Incident Commander in Emergency Medical Services, Frederic brings hands-on experience and leadership to EMCOM.
He specializes in pediatric anesthesia and crisis communication and has a passion for structured teamwork and clear communication.
His vision is to bridge real-life emergency practice with high-quality, accessible education, inspiring confidence and competence in every participent.
Gabriel Missall
Program Lead Communication
Representing EINSATZ+, http://www.einsatzplus.de, Gabriel is our expert for operational and interpersonal communication.
With EINSATZ+ in Hamburg, he helps teams strengthen their communication under pressure and improve coordination in critical moments.
His calm, analytical approach and practical mindset make him an invaluable part of the EMCOM philosophy, connecting people, purpose, and performance.
